Do you know the difference between Hip Hop and Rap?

Hillary Clinton made the news on CNN’s Paula Zahn on 04/24/2007 about taking funds from artist Timbaland and the media just twisted all of his lyrics. What are your thoughts on Hip Hop and Rap regarding the lyrics towards race, sex, and life.
