Why does my ipod video only play the music to my music videos?

I have an ipod video 30G. When I go to play my music videos that I bought from itunes it only plays the music. The album artwork and everything come up, but not the actual video. Any suggestions? Thanks!

What is the music video where the lead singer almost jumps of a bridge?

I’m trying to find a music video I saw a few years back, but I only remember the storyline. The lead singer is on a bridge (or some ledge) and is about to jump off. Meanwhile the other band members are trying to get to where he is. The guy doesn’t jump, but the other band members end up dying somehow (possibly a car crash).
I think I saw the video around 2005, but I’m not sure. No idea who the artist was or what the name of the song is.
